What we collect

• What you send us: your name, business name, email, website address and messages, through our form or by email.
• Project details from your intake form, such as services, cities, hours, photos and logos.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Public business information, such as your website, listing and contact details, which we use to prepare a free preview.

How we use it

To reply to you, build and run your website, send project emails, bill you and meet legal requirements. We don't sell your information.

Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Web3Forms (form delivery), Stripe (payments), Tally (intake forms), Notion (project records), and AI tools including Claude by Anthropic, which help draft and build your site.

Emails from us

If we contacted you about a free preview and you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no" or "stop". We remove your preview and don't contact you again.

Keeping and deleting

We keep project records while you're a client and for up to 3 years after, unless the law requires longer. Ask us any time to see or delete your information.
