How does the free preview work?

Send us your current website address. We rebuild your homepage from what's already on it and email you a private link that isn't listed on Google. If you'd rather pass, we take it down the same day.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. LoonStack works entirely in writing. A short intake form covers what a call would, and you can reply whenever it suits you.

What do you need from me?

About 10 minutes for the intake form: your services, the cities you serve, hours, photos you want used, and who should get form messages. We write the rest.

How long until my site is live?

Our goal is a finished site ready for your review within 2 weeks of your intake form and deposit. It goes live as soon as you approve it and your domain is connected.

Do I keep my domain? Do you need my password?

Your domain stays yours, where you bought it, and we never ask for your login. When it's time to launch, we email you two lines to paste into your domain account, with step-by-step instructions. Your business email keeps working; we check it before anything changes.

What if I don't have a domain yet?

We send simple instructions to buy one in your own name, usually about $10 to $20 a year, paid directly to the registrar you choose.

What does the care plan cover?

Hosting, HTTPS, uptime watch, up to 30 minutes of edits a month, a monthly visibility report and a new Google Business post each month. Bigger changes, like new pages, get a written quote first.

What if I cancel?

The care plan is month to month. After you cancel, the site stays up for 30 days, and you can ask for a copy of your site files to take anywhere.

How do you keep the price under $1,000?

We use modern AI-assisted design and writing tools to do in hours what used to take weeks, and every site starts from your own content. That saving goes into the price.

How do I pay?
